Meet The Team

Alan, one of the founding partners of the company alongside Christian, brings over 25 years of industry experience. He puts the 'A' in A &C Ventilation, setting high standards for himself and the team and is passionate about delivering top notch work and service. A family man at heart, Alan stays active by playing football and is a die-hard Glasgow Rangers fan. Alan's leadership, dedication, and drive have been key to the company's success from day one.

Christian, the other half of A&C Ventilation, has over 20 years of experience in the industry and has known Alan since they were teenagers. His laid back, calm approach is the perfect balance to Alan's high expectations, often helping to keep things cool when stress levels start to rise! Unlike the rest of the team, Christian isn't into football - instead, he's a big rugby fan, always cheering for Wales. With his steady leadership and strong work ethic, Christian has been a key part of the company's foundation and growth.

Paul is our most experienced member of the team, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a calm, steady presence to every project. Known for his sense of humour and unique ability to whistle like a bird, Paul's speciality is to deliver exceptional bespoke solutions tailored to our clients needs.

A passionate Glasgow Rangers fan, he approaches every challenge with enthusiasm.

Graham is affectionally known by the team as A&C Ventilation's 'Golden Boy' and for good reason. Having first worked with Alan and Christian over 20 years ago, he joined the team 5 years ago and his hands on skills and consistent approach have proved invaluable both in the workshop and out on site. Arsenal fan through and through, he's the guy everyone counts on to get the job done right, every time. 

Marco started working with Alan and Christian as an apprentice over 10 years ago and has grown into a confident and skilled pro. He might the quiet one in the team but when it comes to getting the job done, he's all in. His steady work ethic and can-do attitude make him a huge asset to the team.

A proud Benfica fan, Marco's calm confidence keeps things moving smoothly, no matter what is thrown his way.

Rob may be one of the newest members of the team but he's no stranger to working alongside Alan, Christian, Graham and Marco. With years of experience under his belt, especially on big site jobs in Jersey, Rob brings a ton of knowledge and enthusiasm to the team. Always up for a laugh and a bit of banter, he keeps the teams spirits high while putting in the hard work. Another Rangers fan, Rob's experience and great attitude make him a fantastic addition to the crew.

Ollie is the newest member of the team, making a big career switch to dive into the trade. As an apprentice, he's full of enthusiasm, always asking questions and eager to learn the ropes. His curiosity and drive to improve are already helping him to make great progress. An Arsenal fan, Ollie's fresh energy and positive attitude make him a welcome addition to the team as he builds his skills day by day.
